Kiln For Sale May 9, 2024
This kiln shown was built in 2022 but never fired. The inside is all new brick purchased from Alphatherm Inc in Markham. PA 23 soft brick and new hard brick on the floor. The outer layer of brick insulation is brick salvaged from our last kiln. Selling as a lot, at a cost that is less than we paid in 2022. Asking $5000.00 or best offer

One set of Rex-O-Therm Burners Propane burners 380,000 BTU’s each CSA approved
New Hard Brick 9”x4.5”x3” 40 pcs
Old Hard Brick 9”x4.5”x3” 100pcs (approx.)

Ceramic Fibre blanket 1” thick attached to a wire frame, 2300 degree rating as the second roof layer
The outer insulating layer is salvaged brick from the old kiln and a mix of k-23 and k-20 soft brick, the majority re whole bricks, some are cracked, but still useful. Approximately 700pieces.
The kiln is just outside of Brighton Ontario and will be stored securely in boxes for transport
The metal frame is new and will be cut down for transportation.
Shelving is available, but not included.

Pugmill For Sale May 3, 2024
Used Walker pugmill, measures 19" x 15.5" x 14" deep, stainless steel contacts, includes hopper leading to milling section, with 1.5" dia, shaft including (17) 3" x 3" paddles on common shaft and 8 stationary paddles welded to inner wall of hopper. Milling section leads to 8" dia. auger discharge leading to 2" x 4" side-end discharge. Mounted on mild steel frame, shaft is driven by 3/4 HP, 1 phase, 60 cycle, 115/230V motor through gearbox, hopper section includes a hinged cover. Good condition. $750.
