The Pottery Supply House has been your trusted source for ceramic materials, clays, glazes, tools & accessories for nearly 70 years. Your trust and satisfaction is our top priority.
Unopened, unused products purchased in-store and online can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. The return of custom order items or items that have been cut to length will be subject to review. If returnable, they may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Beyond 60 days; we will issue a credit to your account.
It is the buyers responsibility to return the item in saleable condition before a refund is issued. Clearance & sale items are final sale. Clay and glaze typically have a shelf life of one year.
